Science Fiction

Science fiction is a fantasy version of fiction.
Some famous science fiction authors are Edgar Allen Poe and Mary Shelley.
The settings are sometimes in space or in the future.

Words

- "queen of a silent film", the connection is made because she is treated like a movie star by her owners, and the words "silent film" are used because she is old just like silent movies.

- "bewildered, freckled, ruddy" , the author is showing how Shawn is in a world that he isn't used to.

- "renal failure, dialysis, catheter, biopsy", these words are used to put the reader in the situation with every aspect of realism.

- I don't really know what the characters represents, but this is going to explore the issue of how some owners spend thousands of dollars on their pets.
